Thelast 64 bits of the Protection Register are mapped from 1000008h to 100000Fh in the buffer and areone-time-user-programmable. When Erasing this range the programmer will blank-check these bitsand will fail the Erase command if the area is not blank. Locking the User Register portion ofthe Protection Register is a one time only operation. If Autorange is enabled the 128-bit ProtectionRegister will be excluded. " |
