The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any of the Security Registers needs to be included. Bit 1 in Status Register 2 (QE Bit) is preprogrammed to '1' at the factory. This bit cannot be changed back to '0'. "
