| Notes | IMPORTANT: 256M-bit Serial Flash. This algorithm uses Standard SPI mode to Program and Verify/Read the device. The status register bits can be set under Device > Configure . Erase must be selected if device to be programmed already has QE bit enabled. There are four 256-Byte Security Registers with OTP locks independent from main memory mapped to [2000000-20000FF][2001000-20010FF][2002000-20020FF][2003000-20030FF] in the Data Pattern respectively. Please note that Security Register 0 (mapped to [2000000-20000FF]) is reserved by Winbond for future use. It is recommended to use Security registers 1-3 before using register0. The default Device Range is set to [0000000h-1FFFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any of the Security Registers needs to be included. |
