There are four 256-Byte Security Registers with OTP locks independent from main memory mapped to [1000000-10000FF] [1001000-10010FF][1002000-10020FF][1003000-10030FF] in the Data Pattern respectively. Please note that Security Register 0 (mapped to [0100_0000 - 0100_00FF]) is reserved by Winbond for future use. It is recommended to use Security registers 1-3 before using register0.
