Notes | IMPORTANT: This is a NAND-type Flash EPROM with a minimum of 2008 blocks. Each block contains 32 pageswhich are divided into a 512 byte main page and a 16 byte control area. This algorithm ismapped with each page considered an contiguous 528 byte page.The Device\Compare and Device\Verify commands will fail on an already programmed partdue to the fact that the only way to determine bad block status is on a fully erased device.This algorithm uses a simple Bad Block Replacement scheme.
