Memory organization: Bootstrap loader(BSL) Memory: 0800h-0BFFh (Device Address 16-bit) 1000h-17FFh (Data Pattern Address 8-bit) Information Memory: 0C00h-0CFFh (Device Address 16-bit) 1800h-19FFh (Data Pattern Address 8-bit) Main Memory: 4000h-33FFFh (Device Address 16-bit) 8000h-67FFFh (Data Pattern Address 8-bit) Data Pattern locations 0000h-FFFh(device location 0000h-7FFh) and 1A00h-5BFFh(device location D00h-5BFF) are reserved and must contain data FFh. Each segment of the Information Memory and Main Memory may be Erased and Programmed separately. To access the Information Memory only set the Device > Range between C00h-CFFh (device address). Information Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations 1800h-19FFh. To access the Main Memory only set the Device > Range between 4000h-33FFFh (device address). Main Memory data will be displayed in Data Pattern locations 8000h-67FFFh To access both Information and Main Memory set the range as 0C00h-67FFFh (device address). If Bootstrap loader(BSL) memory is programmed with executable code stand alone operation will fail. Stand alone verify compare read operation are not supported accordingly. The default device range is set to [0800h-33FFFh]. This includes BSL memory. Secure can be set under device -> settings If data buffer address range 17FCh-17FFh has a non FFFFFFFFh or non 00000000h values the device will get secured regardless of the configuration under device--> settings. Also if Secure is enabled under device--> settings the algorithm will program non FFFFFFFFh and non 00000000h values to above address to secure the device |
