Notes | IMPORTANT: 8Mx16 Flash Memory with pSRAM and 512 Byte SecSi sector. The SecSi sector is mapped to 800000h-8000FFh (buffer locations: 1000000h-10001FFh). The factory-locked area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 1000000h-10000FFh) is locked at factory and cannot be changed. The customer-lockable area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 1000100h-10001FFh) can be programmed and locked by the user. However programming and locking this area are One-Time-Programmable (OTP) operations. Once locked data in this are cannot be changed. In Device Configure each bit of Protect Sectors setting corresponds to one sector. When Erasing the SecSi sector the programmer will blank-check the customer-lockable area and will fail the ERASE operation if this area is not blank. The ERASE operation will also fail if this area has been LOCKED. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-7FFFFFh].
