Notes | IMPORTANT: 128M Flash Memory with pSRAM and 256 Byte SecSi sector. The SecSi sector is mapped from 800000h-80007Fh (buffer locations: 1000000h-10000FFh). The factory-locked area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 1000000h-100007Fh) is locked at factory and cannot be changed. The customer-lockable area of the SecSi Sector (buffer locations: 1000080h-10000FFh) can be programmed and locked by the user. However programming and locking this area is a One-Time-Programmable (OTP) operation. Once locked data in this area cannot be overwritten. When Erasing the SecSi sector the programmer will blank-check the customer-lockable area and will fail the ERASE operation if this area is not blank. The ERASE operation will also fail if this area has been LOCKED. |
