Notes | IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional 128-word OTP sector. This sector is mapped from 200000hto 20007Fh (buffer locations: 400000h - 4000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed and lockedfrom the factory. If the sector is Factory Locked it will need to be excluded from programming andverification ranges as the sector data could have a unique number. If the sector has not been locked by thefactory the user can treat this sector as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection. FactoryLock Status is displayed in Device Configure. If this option is different than the state of the chipduring verification or compare it will cause an error. When using ERASE command on the OTP section theprogrammer will blank-check the sector and will fail the ERASE function if the area is not blank.The ERASE function will also fail if the OTP area has been PROTECTED.If Auto Range Detection" is set to YES the OTP sector will not be programmed or verified.The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh].
