| Notes | IMPORTANT: MCP Flash Memory and SRAM with an additional SecSi sector (OTP). The SecSi sector is mapped from 200000h to20007Fh (buffer locations: 400000h - 4000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case this sector needs to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. If this part has not been locked by thefactory the user can treat this sector as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection. FactoryLock Status is displayed in Device/Configure. If this option is different than the state of the chipduring verification or compare it will cause an error. When Erasing the OTP section the programmerwill blank-check the sector and will fail the ERASE function if the area is not blank. The ERASE functionwill also fail if the OTP area has been SECURED.
