This sector is mapped from 800000h to8000FFh. This sector can be purchased programmed and locked from the factory. If this is the casethis sector will need to be excluded from programming and verification ranges as this data could havean unique number. The configuration option for the factory lock is used to indicate the status of thechip. If this option is different than the state of the chip during verification or compare it willcause an error. Read the configuration of the device first to see if it is factory locked. If this parthas not been locked by the factory the user can treat this sector as additional memory with an OTP sector protection. |
