The Write/Read Lock Byte at FLASH address 1FBFFhcan be set through Device Configure menu and programmed with Secure command.In order to program Write/Read Lock Byte please enable Secure.The Lock Byte number is stored in FLASH address 1FBFFh in ones complement" form that isa number whose '0' bits have been replaced with '1's and whose '1' bits have been replacedwith '0's. The FLASH pages are locked starting with page 0 whichcontains FLASH addresses [0000h to 01FFh] and are locked consecutivelyfrom there. Thus it is not possible to lock the second page of FLASHwithout also locking the first page of FLASH.If any FLASH pages are locked then the FLASH page containing the LockByte is also locked.
