Notes | IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EEPROM & Flash. The EEPROM memory is mapped in the Buffer from 1000h to 10FFh. The Flash memory is mapped from E000h to FFFFh. The device has RC oscillator calibration bytes stored in the EEPROM at locations 1000h and 1001h and in the Flash at locations FFDEh and FFDFh. These locations are not programmed or verified preserving the values unless the user select to program them in the Config Options. They will be read into the Buffer. Read secure is reset by reprogramming the part and this will restore the original calibration bytes for the RC oscillator and cannot be restored by this algorithm. Flash Write protect is permanent and cannot be reset once programmed. |
