| Notes | IMPORTANT: Device has 64-bit unique device identifier which is pre-programmed by the manufacturer and cannot be modified. All the 64 bits will be read to Data Pattern at [400000h-400007h]. These bits are ignored during compare and verify. The 128 bits User Programmable OTP cells can be modified and they are located at Data Pattern [400008h-400017h]. Setting the Lockout User Register" option under Device > Configure to ENABLE will Lock the User Programmable portion of the Protection Register. When Erasing the User Register of the Protection Register the programmer will blank-check the area and will fail the "Erase" operation if the area is not blank.
