This islocated at Buffer location [400000-40000Fh]. The other 256-bytes segment is the User Security IDwhich is user one-time programmable. It is located at Buffer location [400010-40010Fh]. The user canlock the segment under Device Configure using the User Security ID Program Lock-out bit. Once theUser Security ID area has been locked it cannot be unlocked. If the User Security ID area is lockedand/or not blank this area must be excluded from erase because it will fail. |
