| Notes | IMPORTANT: M32C/85 Microcomputer Flash Memory Version. In the buffer the address is in byte mode (8 bit). 4K-byte Boot block memory is mapped to 000h-FFFh. 4K-byte Data Block (block A) is mapped to F000h-FFFFh User area is divided into several blocks and they are mapped to FA0000h-FFFFFFh. Buffer locations 1000h-EFFFh and 10000h-F9FFFFh are not used and should be filled with FFh. Buffer locations FFFE00h-FFFFFFh are special. Buffer location FFFFFFh is the security word.
