1. The Endian Setting in Device Config determines how the data will be programmed into or read from the device. | 2. The Secure operation will program the OCD/serial programmer ID setting register (OSIS) located in data buffer FE7F5D50 - FE7F5D5Fh. | 3. All operations will attempt to use the default password to access the device. If the default password does not work then it will attempt to use the password at data buffer location FE7F5D50 - FE7F5D5Fh. | 4. If the ID Control Code is 45h and the password is not known the erase operation will attempt an ID mismatch to erase the device. Erase operation will reset OSIS to the default password. | 5. To read an ID protected device deselect Clear Buffer First and manually clear the data buffer by selecting File->Clear Data Pattern. Then input the ID code at data buffer location FE7F5D50 - FE7F5D5Fh with the correct endian setting in Device Config. | 6.
