Notes | IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with Flash Memory. The Flash memory is located from address 0h-3DFFFh. Code read protection is enabled by programming the flash address location 1FCh (User flash sector 0) with one of the CRP values. Please load the data file with CRP vlaues 0 from location 0x1FC to 0x1FF Then Code Read Protection must be enabled under Device->Settings. Please see the device user manual for the correct values. Enabling CRP of any level will disable JTAG support. If using CRP1 or CRP2 Erase can still be used to erase and unsecure the device. ID Check must be disabled when erasing CRP1 or CRP2. CRP3 will prevent all subsequent operations. The reserved ARM interrupt vector location (14h) should contain the 2 s complement of the check-sum of the remaining interrupt vectors. Malformed interrupt vectors may cause this device to stop responding for the Erase command. This device is 32-bit wide little endian. |
