It can not be used for any other versions.3-Wire Serial I/O Mode(CSIB0).The Security Byte can be set through Device Configureand programmed with Secure command.In order to program this Byte please enable Secure.Set Bit 0 to 0 will disable Chip EraseSet Bit 1 to 0 will disable Block EraseSet Bit 2 to 0 will disable Program.Bit 3 should always be set to 1 since this device doesn't support Read operation.Bits 4 to 7 are reserved and should be set to 1s.Bit 1 2 and 3 can be erased through Chip Erase but once bit 0 isprogrammed to 0 the whole chip is secured and no operation can be done on it. |
