Notes | IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH and EEPROM. The following describes the buffer map: FLASH2 is at locations 0x0450-0x5FF and 0x0E00-0x7FFF. EEPROM2 at locations 0x0600-0x07FF. EEPROM1 at locations 0x0800-0x09FFFLASH1 at locations 0x8000-0xFDFF. Registers EE1DIVHNVR at 0xFE10 EE1DIVLNVR 0xFE11 EE2DIVHNVR 0xFF70 EE2DIVLNVR 0xFF71FL1BPR 0xFF80 and FL2BPR 0xFF81. Vectors at locations 0xFFD2-0xFFD3 and 0xFFDA-0xFFFF. Security bytes at 0xFFF6-0xFFFD. Other address locations are ignored and should be set to $00.To read a programmed device the buffer must be filled with correct data from addresses 0xFFF6-0xFFFD. Make sure to fill buffer with right data at locations 0xFE10 and 0xFF70(EEDIVHNVR registers). These registers have one timeprogrammable bits that protect portions of EEPROM permanently. The Erase command under Device menu only erases the Flashes.This algorithm verifies speed code at EE1NVR($FE1C) and EE2NVR($FF7C) which are ignored during programming. |
