| Notes | IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH and EEPROM.The following describes the buffer setup: The addresses [$0800-$09FF] are EEPROM. The addresses [$8000-$FDFF] are FLASH. The address [$FF7E] is the Flash Block Protect Registers. The addresses [$FFD0-$FFFF] are Flash Vectors. The address [$FE1C] is EEPROM Non-Volatile Register (Factory programmed with $10).If EEPRTCT (bit 4) of this register is programmed to 0 EEPROM locations [$08F0-$08FF] areprotected from further erase and program operations. Program command will fail.EEPROM Divider Non-volatile Register High (EEDIVHNVR) is located at address[$FE10] and EEPROM Divider Non-volatile Register Low (EEDIVLNVR) is at [$FE11].The blank state for these two registers is $FF. Once EEDIVSECD (bit 7) in the EEDIVHNVR isprogrammed to 0 erase and program operations are disabled for EEDIVHNVR and EEDIVLNVR. This device has an eight bytes security feature from $FFF6 to $FFFD. To read a programmed device with the security feature the buffermust be filled with correct data from address $FFF6 to $FFFD. Incorrect data at these locations will prevent access to the device.Other address locations are ignored and should be set to $FF.Buffer/Options Default buffer value" should be set to $FF. " |
