The Configuration bytes are located at Buffer addresses [300001h-30000Dh]. The 256 bytes of Data Memory(EEPROM area) are addressed from [F00000h-F000FFh]. The Configuration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file. All reserved bit locations must be set to zeros.
