They can be set from thedevice specific menu or from the above addresses in the data file.The 8Kbytes of Code Memory(Flash area) are addressed from [0h-1FFFh].The ID locations(8 bytes) are addressed in the Buffer at [200000h-200007h].The Configuration bytes are located at Buffer addresses [300001h-30000Dh].The 256 bytes of Data Memory(EEPROM area) are addressed from [F00000h-F000FFh].The Configuration word may be set from the CONFIGURE menu or from the abovementioned addresses in your data file. All reserved bit locationsmust be set to zeros.
