Notes | IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EEPROM Memory. The ID locations are mapped to Data Pattern at addresses 4000h-4007h. It is recommended by Microchip that the user program the ID Locations as 11 1111 1000 bbbb". The option of programming the 7 Least Significant Bits of each ID location is given. The Configuration word is to Data Pattern at address 400Eh. Both the ID and Configuration word may be set under Device > Configure or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file. User Program memory is mapped to Data Pattern at addresses 0000h-1FFFh. EEPROM (Data Memory) is mapped to Data Pattern at addresses 4200h-42FFh. Please note only the least significant byte of the EEPROM (Data Memory) section is actual EEPROM Data. The most signifcant byte should be set to 00h. For Secure operation 'Flash' means to protect FLASH(Program memory) only (0h-FFFh). 'F1' means to protect 800h-FFFh. 'F2' means to protect F00h-FFFh. 'EE' means to protect EEPROM(Data Memory). Selecting 'ALL' will protect everything ('Flash' and 'EE' memory). " |
