Notes | IMPORTANT: User Memory is mapped to Data Pattern addresses [000h-3FEh]. Data Memory is mapped to Data Pattern addresses [400h-43Fh]. The ID locations are addressed in the Buffer at [440h-443h]. It is recommended by Microchip that the user use only the four Least Significant Bits of each ID location. The Configuration word is located at Buffer addresses [7FEh-7FFh]. Both ID and Configuration word can be set from Device Configure or from the above mentioned addresses in your data file. The Oscillator Calibration Bits are stored at the Reset Vector. To program these bits for custom trimming of the INTOSC you must ENABLE Erase before programming" and also in Device Configure ENABLE "Customer Trimming INTOSC" then set your desired value in "RESET VECTOR VALUE". Otherwise these bits will be restored to the factory setting value. The Sum command generates the checksum calculation as specified by Microchip. " |
