The register is mapped from400000h to 400007h (buffer locations: 800000h-80000Fh). The first 64 bits arepre-programmed by the manufacturer and will be read at buffer locations800000h-800007h. These bits will be ignored during "Program" "Compare"and "Verify" operations. The other 64 bits of the Protection Register are one timeuser programmable and are mapped at buffer locations 800008h-80000Fh. This areacan be PERMANENTLY locked under Device/Configure by setting the option to ENABLE.
