Notes | IMPORTANT: This is a AND-type Flash EPROM with a minimum of 16057 pages. Each page of this deviceis divided into 2048 byte main page and a 64 byte control area. This algorithm is mappedwith each page considered an contiguous 2112 byte page. This part requires that the validpage information be maintained for each page. Therefore data programmed into bytes 2080through 2085 of each page will be ignored and valid page values will be programmed instead.This algorithm uses a simple Bad Block Replacement scheme. This method skips bad pageswhile replacing them with the next valid page and extends ending location on the device.In BPDOS the buffer portion beyond 32M bytes will be programmed and verified. Howeverit is not accessible. |
