Erase must be selected if device to be programmed already has QE bit enabled. There are four 256-Byte Security Registers with OTP lock independent from main memory mapped to [400000h-4000FFh][400100h-4001FFh][400200h-4002FFh][400300h-4003FFh] in the Data Pattern respectively. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any one of the Security Registers needs to be included. |
