There are four 256-Byte Security Registers with OTP lock independent from main memory mapped to [200000h-2000FFh][200100h-2001FFh][200200h-2002FFh][200300h-2003FFh] in the Data Pattern respectively. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any one of the Security Registers needs to be included. |
