Notes | IMPORTANT: 16M-bit Serial Flash. This algorithm uses Standard SPI mode to Program and Verify/Read the device. The status register bits can be set under Device Config > Configure. Erase must be selected if device to be programmed already has QE bit enabled. There are four 256-Byte Security Registers with OTP lock independent from main memory mapped to [200000h-2000FFh][200100h-2001FFh][200200h-2002FFh][200300h-2003FFh] in the Data Pattern respectively. The range mapped to [200000h-2000FFh] is read only. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-1FFFFFh]. Please modify the range under Device > Range if any one of the Security Registers needs to be included. |
