Notes | IMPORTANT: This is a custom algorithm."Trim and Calibration Values" and "Reset Vector" at addresses [$FD80-$FDDF] and [$FFFE-$FFFF]are checked to make sure they are not at their erased state of FFh.If any of these locations are at FFh the device is rejected.Microcontroller with FLASH.The following describes the Buffer setup:The addresses $C000 to $FDFF are Flash. The addresses $FF7E is Flash Block Protection Register(FLBPR).The addresses $FFDC to $FFFF are User Vectors.$FF80 is part of flash memory and will be programmed with the value in the Buffer. This device has an eight bytes security feature from $FFF6 to $FFFD. To read aprogrammed device with the security feature the Buffer or Device Configure mustbe filled with correct data from address $FFF6 to $FFFD. Incorrect data at theselocations will prevent access to the device.Program will fail if the Erase Passwords do not match the device.A blank device can use all $FF's for the Erase Passwords.ID Check actually reads the factory trim value. The ID Check cannot be disabled.Reset vector[$FFFE-$FFFF]and trim calibration[$FD80-$FDDF] can be preservedor programmed with a value from the Buffer by selecting the option under Device Configure. If Oscillator Trim is selected under Device Configure the algorithm will trim the internal clock andwill program it to the address specified.During Verify the factory trim value is read back and verified against the stored value during ID Check. The "Verify after programming" must not be disabled.
