Notes | IMPORTANT: The following describes the Data Pattern setup: Addresses $0000-$1FFFF are FLASH. Some locations are reserved in the FLASH memory map. The following are reserved addresses:[$03FC-$03FD $0408-$040C and $040E]. These locations will be ignored during ProgramVerify. Erase command will erase entire FLASH memory map included reserved memory. During Erase factory programmed trim values at addresses $03FE and $03FF will be saved first and restored at the end. Erase will fail if the device is secured. If the device fails erase the Factory Trim value might be corrupted. The part cannot be used unless re-trimmed. The lower two bits (Bit1 and Bit0) at address $040F are security bits (SEC01:SEC00). |
