| Notes | IMPORTANT: The following describes the Buffer setup: Start address of EEPROM can be set under Device Configure. The EEPROM memory can be mapped to any 2Kbyte boundary in the MCU address ranges [$0-$7FF]. Please check data file. The start address of EEPROM must match the data file (Buffer). FLASH PAGE $3E can be set as Paged or Unpaged under Device configure. Addresses [$00C000 - $00FFFF]are FLASH Unpaged $3F. Addresses [$3C8000 - $3CBFFF]are FLASH paged $3C. Addresses [$3D8000 - $3DBFFF]are FLASH paged $3D. There are two security bits in the FLASH PAGE $3F. These bits (SEC01 SEC00) are Bit1 and Bit0 of address $FF0F in the buffer. These locations will be masked out during programming and these bits will be programmed to 0" when the device is secured. To secure the device please use the Device Secure command. Once the Device has been secured the programmer can no longer access it. Please set Device->Byte order to: "Big Endian". " |
