Notes | IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH and EEPROM.The following describes the buffer setup:The addresses 0x0450 - 0x05FF and 0x0E00 - 0x7FFF are FLASH 2.The addresses 0x0600-0x07FF are EEPROM 2.The addresses 0x0800-0x09FF are EEPROM 1.The addresses 0x8000 to 0xFDFF are FLASH 1.The addresses 0xFF80 and 0xFF81 are Flash Block Protect Registers.The addresses 0xFF82-0xFF8F are reserved.The addresses 0xFFD8-0xFFD9 are reserved.The addresses 0xFFDA to 0xFFFF are user vectors.This algorithm does not support EEPROM1 protection and EEPROM2 protection forthe addresses 0xFE18 and 0xFE1C at this time.These address will filled with 0x70 after erased to unprotecting EEPROM1 and EEPROM2.The latest version of this device has an eight bytessecurity feature from 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD. To read a programmed device with the security feature the bufferor Device/Configure must be filled with correct data from address 0xFFF6 to 0xFFFD. Incorrect data at these locations will preventaccess to the device. This algorithm supports both Verify Monitor Mode and Verify PTM Mode. |
