Can not program this value to device. - OPEN(0x01) - In this mode can access all the needed resources including Erase program and verify flash. - PROTECTED(0x02) - In this mode access to Flash is disabled. Still allow to Erase and reprogram flash. - KILL(0x04) - The device can no longer be updated. 6) The address [0x90600001] is ignored. Serialization is not supported.
