There is one Calibration Byte residing in the signature row high byte of address 0h for 8.0MHz internal RC Oscillator calibration. To program this Calibration Byte into the memory under Device > Configure 1)Set CALIBRATION to ENABLE 2)Set CAL BYTE ADDRESS to Calibration Byte address 00h. 3)Set CALIBRATION ADDRESS to the memory address [00000h-40FFFh] you want to program the Calibration Byte to.
