| Notes | IMPORTANT: Buffer address range 0000h-1FFFh is FLASH Program Memory and 2000h-21FFh is EEPROM Data Memory.There are four Calibration Bytes residing in the signature row high byte ofaddresses 0000h 0001h 0002h and 0003h. They are for 1 2 4 and 8 MHz internal RC Oscillator calibrationrespectively.
