Notes | IMPORTANT: The two 8K-byte blocks(04000h-05FFFh 06000h-07FFFh) can be independently erasedand reprogrammed.The two main memory blocks (08000h-0FFFFh 10000h-1FFFFh) are designed to be usedas alternative memory sectors. That is whenever one of the blocks has been erasedand reprogrammed the other block should be erased and reprogrammed before thefirst block is again erased. The entire chip must be erased and programmed in orderto erase and program the boot block (00000h-03FFFh).Once the boot block lockout feature is enabled (Device/Configure) thecontents of the boot block are PERMANENT and CANNOT be re-programmed. |
