Please make sure the data file is in 256 bytes per Page format.This device is set to 264 bytes per Page by default at the factory. A confirmation dialog will be displayed if 264 bytes per Page device is detected. If accepted the configuration register of the device will be programmed to 256 byes per Page permanently. Otherwise the executed operation will be aborted.
