| Notes | IMPORTANT: Blackfin embedded Processor with 64Kbit OTP memory. Public part of the OTP Memory is mapped from 0000h to 07FFh (Data Pattern locations:0000h-0FFFh). Only pages 10h-DFh (Data Pattern locations:0080h-06FFh) can be programmed and verified. Private part of the OTP Memory is mapped from 0800h to 0FFFh (Data Pattern locations:1000h-1FFFh).
